Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of harnessing the power of prana. Prana is our all encompassing, animating, life-giving energy. It is the master guiding force within the body, governing our physical, mental and energetic body. When you are able to harness your pranic power, you are in the driving seat of your life, knowing how to calm, balance, cleanse or energise yourselves at will.
Join us from the comfort of your own home to explore multiple Pranayama techniques, giving you the tools to harness prana and fuel your life and your practice with presence, power and purpose.
This 6 week online course will run live online through 6 consecutive 45mins sessions. Each will include theory, practice and a short meditation, closing with an opportunity to reflect and share if you wish.

Simply prepare a quiet place and a comfortable seat for your sessions, using props, cushions and blankets to support you. You may even like to have a journal handy to make notes and reflect on your practice.
