A little about this space

 
 

Wild Roads Yoga honours the many wild and winding roads we travel to get to know who we are and who we are not.

I want this space to invite you to get into your mind, into your body and into yourSelf. To get off the hamster wheel of distraction and see what you’re really all about. From this place we can liberate ourselves from all that stresses our mind, tires our bodies and dulls our spirit. Through yoga practice we can return to that part of us that is always at rest, balanced, in harmony and at peace. It doesn’t matter whether we can touch our toes or raise them above our heads, it’s about how yoga makes us feel better in our bodies, understand our minds a littler better and be more present, aware and awakened to who we are, for ourselves, the people we love and those we serve.

Through this platform I offer private and public yoga classes as well as retreats, workshops and online courses. You can also find inspiration and learn about yoga from the comfort of your sofa through my social media platforms, blog, newsletter and e-book.
