A Yogi’s Toolkit to Life
Exploring the Prana Vayus to manage your energy and master your life!
This 5 week course will empower you with the tools to understand how to personalise your yoga practice to your individual needs. Whether you need to ease stress and anxiety, cultivate balance or boost your vitality, you’ll learn how to tailor your practice to give you what you need. We’ll explore how specific ways of practising āsana (postures), prāṇāyāma (breath techniques) and dhyāna (meditation) can influence the way you feel. Through an exploration of the Prana Vayus, you’ll also understand the energetics behind yogic practice. When you know what you need, and the tools to get you there, you can use yoga as your toolkit for life, you become your own teacher and can lead yourself towards greater balance and nourishment, a more regulated nervous system and better management of your energy, not just on the mat and in the moment, but in everyday life!
Open to all levels of experience, we'll journey through a little philosophy and then a 75min yoga practice, with space for a Q&A at the end.
You’ll learn how to use yoga to;

Balance your nervous system and digestion - when you’re feeling off and out of balance!

Both beginners and experienced yogis alike! Anybody interested in understanding yoga as a toolkit to feeling good not just on the mat, but off it and for anybody wanting not to just manage in life, but thrive in it!
